As a Multi Ethnic WoMan, seasoned Mentor, Minister and Mother of two young men of integrated ethnicities facing the dangers of growing up in a racist world, I am passionate about being a catalyst for cultivating a Collective Cultural Consciousness that challenges and changes the dehumanizing narrative and behaviors of White Supremacy. 

With over 20 years experience as an Artist, Activist, Certified Educator, Birth Practitioner, Creative Life Coach, Consultant & Life Celebrant, I specialize in facilitating BIPOC centered Safe Spaces for Sustainable Self Care, Community Building, Consent-Based Communication, Personal-Professional Transformation and Shared Leadership. 

I hold a Masters in Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy, am ordained as a Minister of Earth based Spirituality & am trained in Education for Sustainability, Dare to Lead & Racial Healing Allies.

With more than two decades of experience raising funds and leading non-profit organizations, I have mastered the art of leading teams toward organizational equity, efficiency and productivity that affirms the individual while advancing the whole. As an Organizational Strategist and DEI Consultant, I focus on igniting the highest good in others and creating conditions for the greatest potential to become real and expressed. 

I am a proud African American woman and mother of two and I live to bring joy and peace to life; where my being causes shared humanity to be understood, and celebrated. 

I hold a Master of Public Administration in Financial Management, am trained in Dare to Lead and Education for Sustainability, am a Certified Childbirth Doula, proficient in Spanish, and fluent in humor.
